When we find one, we issue a Notice of Violation reminding them to look up, stay aware, and reconnect with the real world. It's all in good humor — but the message is real. Stay alert. Stay aware. Don't be a phone zombie.
Minor distraction. Reminder to stay aware while walking and using your phone.
Severe scrolling in public. User may be unaware of surroundings or walking blindly.
Critical phone zombie behavior. Phone must be put away immediately. Maximum awareness required.
Our patrol issues novelty violation tickets to remind distracted phone users to look up and reconnect with the world around them.
